Online Ordering Policies

  • Online, emailed or phone orders will be accepted or can be changed up to three business days before your Event Time or until we have reached our capacity; whichever comes first. 

  • Online orders can be canceled with a full refund up to 3 business days before your Event Time. 

    After this deadline, your order may not be canceled, and you will be charged in full, and your order will be executed. 


  • Payments are via credit card or ACH only.

    Orders will be charged in full 3 business days before your Event Time and the system will email you a receipt. 

    In the event your card is declined at the time of processing, you will be contacted to provide alternative payment in full or your order will be canceled.
