Online, emailed or phone orders will be accepted or can be changed up to three business days before your Event Time or until we have reached our capacity; whichever comes first. 

Online orders can be canceled with a full refund up to 3 business days before your Event Time. 

After this deadline, your order may not be canceled, and you will be charged in full, and your order will be executed. 

Payments are via credit card or ACH only.

Orders will be charged in full 3 business days before your Event Time and the system will email you a receipt. 

In the event your card is declined at the time of processing, you will be contacted to provide alternative payment in full or your order will be canceled.
