The Secret Shawarma Recipe

Ingredients2 lbs. boneless and skinless chicken thigh
1/2 medium onion Julienned
24-30 gr shawarma spice mix
Cooking olive oil
PreparationSeason the boneless, skinless chicken thighs with the shawarma spice mix at least 3 hours before grilling.
In a pan, sauté the julienned onions till golden brown and caramelized. Should taste sweet.
Grilled the marinated chicken. Give it a nice sear and then cook thoroughly.
Thinly slice the grilled chicken and mix with the caramelized onions.
Serve with pita, hummus, rice and a fresh salad and enjoy!
